Vixen fans were saddened to learn that the onetime-animated Arrow and Flash character couldn't join Legends of Tomorrow outright, but the DC heroes will come to her when Season 2 debuts this summer on CW Seed. Not only will Stephen Amell and Grant Gustin again lend their voices, so too will several Legends and a surprise guest.
