History

Established in 2012.

I have been collecting coins and pocket watches since childhood with my Grandfather. We would spend hours trying out watches and coins, together we'd hit yard sales and auctions around Winston Salem or rather say my Grandparents allows me to accompany them. I was raised right here Winston Salem and attended RJ Reynolds SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, lived here in Winston Salem until concerning the the past due 90's then relocated to Puerto Rico where I was a scuba instructor and a commercial fisherman and lived right now there for about ten years. In 2009 2009 I moved back again to Winston Salem and started working on coins and watches once again. I enjoy looking at new products and discovering their history and values, the more puzzling something is the more I'm thinking about it; so please feel free to come see Jeff Joyce at Apex Gold Silver Coin located at Cooks Flea Market in Winston Salem, NC.

Concerning the Owner

Jeffrey Joyce started his solution to learning to be considered a coin dealer just how many other people carry out: he was introduced to coin gathering watching collecting as an extra time activity. In Jeff's situation, his grandfather showed him the ropes. Grandson and grandfather spent hours checking out coins and watches together. They visited yard product sales, auctions, and much more over the Winston-Salem area, where Jeff grew up.

Jeff graduated from RJ Reynolds High school graduation and stayed in your neighborhood for some more decades before he tripped to Puerto Rico at age twenty-three. He stayed there for another ten years, working as a scuba instructor and commercial fisherman. When he came back to america, he returned into coins and watches.

Today, Jeff loves his work. He enjoys considering new items, discovering their values and background, and solving traditional puzzles. Bring your strange, puzzling, today to meet Jeff and valuable what things to Apex Gold Silver Coin!

'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2' Storyboard Image Teases Star-Lord's Dad

James Gunn isn't sure if he wants to return for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but for the time being he's focusing on the present - working on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Marvel's sequel will introduce us to Peter Quill's long-lost father, teased in the first film with a vague hint about his space-dwelling parentage. Gunn remains tight-lipped about the character's identity, but he has offered a new storyboard image for you to agonize over like a game of Marvel Pictionary.

Lost in Transition: 'Jem and the Holograms,' Blaze and the Misfits, and Idols and Their Pedestals

Jem and the Holograms is about an all-woman glitter rock band and their quest to rise from the ranks of the Sufficiently Outrageous to become Truly Outrageous. The group has run into a problem: the lead singer, Jerrica, is terrified of singing in public. Thanks to Jerrica's deceased father, though, they also have a solution: a holographic supercomputer that helps Jerrica create a stage persona that lets her get over her phobia.

There would be a lot of resonant storytelling with me if it just stopped there, since I know a thing or two about how a persona you can put on and take off can make things easier –- and harder. Like Jerrica, I also have a secret identity. However, sometimes solutions just free you up to tackle new problems, and the new problem that plagues Jem and the Holograms is their rival band, the Misfits, who claim that their songs are better and that they are going to get her.

Fans Start Petition to Get Zack Snyder Kicked Out of DC Cinematic Universe

Following the critical response to Batman v. Superman, some fans grew defensive and grew angry at those who spoke negatively about the film. Others took a completely different route: starting a petition to get director Zack Snyder fired.

There are a lot of fan petitions for a lot of dumb things. In January there was one to get Colin Trevorrow fired as the director of Star Wars: Episode 9. Then there was the one trying to get Deadpool to host SNL. Now comes the latest as a group of disappointed comic book fans have taken their voices online in an effort to get Snyder out of the DC Cinematic Universe.

Outside Looking In: Wonder Woman and the Politics of Who Gets Hired

Good for Bennett, that she's launching a Patreon. It's a great way to stay funded as a creator of any kind these days. I use one myself, to help fund my podcast. But when I saw her tweet, I immediately said to my co-workers "Bennett's not going to be announced as the writer of Wonder Woman."

Wonder Woman Isn't Enough to Save 'Batman v. Superman's Women From Injustice

Even before the early reviews began rolling in, the trailers solidified Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman as the most exciting attraction in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Audiences agreed, as Wonder Woman — whose name isn’t even in the title of the film — ranked highest in a recent poll that asked fans which character they were most eager to see in Zack Snyder’s superhero epic. As predicted, Gadot’s debut is definitely the best thing in Batman v Superman, and although her part only makes up about seven minutes of the film’s 150-minute runtime, those few minutes are riveting — but not enough to justify Snyder’s unfortunate treatment of the remaining female characters.

Hot Toys' New Life Size Batman Will Silently Judge Your Internet Browsing For All of Human History

Hot Toys' plan to ruin the bank accounts of every Batman fan around the world continues with the official announcement of the life size Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice Batman statue. It's also the second full-size piece Hot Toys will release for sale, and is an indication that the Superman and Wonder Woman (with "real" hair) will follow later this year.
I have to admit, I'm coming around on this suit. Maybe it's the unrelenting media coming at me from all angles promoting Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, but this duct tape and ACE bandage costume is starting to grow on me. I'm still not 100% on this thing, and it does have a texture a little too close to Superman's Kryptonian garb, but I no longer hate it. Baby steps.

Telltale's R-Rated Batman Adventure Arrives This Summer

Telltale Games' Batman is coming for you and he's coming this summer. During the "Batman: Telltale Unmasked" panel at SXSW today, Telltale's team gathered to discuss the game in (little) detail, offering a bit of insight into what to expect from its second DC Comics adventure game. While much of the game is still very much under wraps, Telltale did spill the beans on the release window. Summer might not be a definitive timeline, but there are several major conventions during those few months wherein a more concrete announcement might take place.
The other major reveal was more about the tone of the upcoming Batman adventure, which will stay very much in line with previous Telltale games like The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead. While this won't be the first time a potentially "M" rated Batman game will see release, the panel compared it to an R-rated film, which may raise some eyebrows. There's been a bit of consternation around the director's cut of the upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice feature, and knowing that Telltale's game might be in that same vein might turn a few fans off.

The best coin shop in Winston Salem NC and nicest coin dealer Thanks

My coin shop review of this coin dealer in Winston-Salem NC

Apex Gold Silver Coin Located in Winston Salem NC close to downtown off wide st is the best coin shop i have handled which coin dealer has learned his coins i have been a coin collector and silver bullion stacker for several years. This coin shop uses spot cost and paid me money on my silver coins and precious metal jewelry. I cant say the amount of i appreciate the truthful and fair pricing i am aware Jeff must earn money but at least he is reasonable and explains everything or you in the event that you proceed unlike the pawn store i went to. It is a small coin store but with a  great coin seller. Winston Salem is fortunate to possess a coin shop like Jeff's thanks again.

Hasbro Wants You to Decide the Next Marvel Legends Role Play Toy, So Go Vote for Black Widow Gauntlets

The first round of Hasbro's new adult-oriented Marvel Legends role play accessories isn't even out yet, but the company is already looking to you to inspire what comes next. Of course the announcement came while I was out on vacation last week, so I didn't have time to properly Kermit flail all over the house at some of the prospective choices. Cyclops' visor with light-up action? The Infinity Gauntlet with sparkly jewels and sounds? Black Widow's gauntlets to go with any outfit? I'll take two, don't bother boxing them up; I'm wearing them out of the store, thank you very much.
It's up to you to vote for the products that will follow up Captain America's shield and Iron Man's helmet, both of which are due to arrive later this summer. Since unifying the adult collector lines under the Marvel Legends banner officially late last year, Hasbro's been on a bit of a tear with its announced products. There are a lot of strong figures coming from the Legends line in both scales. It's adult role play line, which finally gives people a chance to own replicas born from their favorite heroes or villains without having to play Hollywood replica prices, that has me most excited for Marvel Legends. Especially if we get some of these suggested prop toys.
